Q. How much warranty do I get on the items I purchase?
A. All items purchased come with a full 12 months manufacturers warranty.
Q. How long does it take to receive items purchased?
A. All paid items are shipped to the address provided within 2-3 business days of payment being received. For example, if payment it received on Monday, items will be shipped by Wednesday. If payment is received on Friday, items will be shipped on Tuesday.
Q. What do I do if my product doesn't work?
A. If there is any problem or fault with the unit, contact Car Audio Bargains by emailing help@caraudiobargains.com.au. In your email, please provide us with the following information to ensure that there is no unnecessary delays with assisting you. First name and Surname as shown on receipt, a contact phone number, make and model of product with fault, approximate date of purchase and details of the fault being experienced. Car Audio Bargains will contact you within 48 hours.
Q. Can I pay by cheque?
A. Yes. Car Audio Bargains accepts bank cheques, personal cheques, and business cheques, however products will not be released until the cheque is cleared.
Q. Can I pickup my purchases?
A. No. At present, Car Audio Bargains is only an online store and does not have a showroom for items to be viewed or picked up. This is something that Car Audio Bargains hopes to achieve in the future.
Q. Can I return my items if they are wrong?
A. Items cannot be returned due to bad choice or change of mind. Please take your time when viewing the site and if you have any questions, shoot us off an email at help@caraudiobargains.com.au.
Q. How much does shipping cost?
A. Shipping is calculated upon checkout via an Australia Post intergration system. With this feature, it allows a true calculation to be submitted, just as if you were at a Registered Post Office. The amount is calculated by the weight of the item.
Q. Do I have to use a credit card to pay?
A. No. A Credit Card is not the only method of payment. You can pay via PayPal, Cheque or money order.
Q. What exactly does the buy button commit me to?
A. There is no commitment to a purchase until you have submitted your credit card details, posted your cheque or money order or submitted your PayPal payment.
Q. What if a product is not in stock?
A. If there is a product you are looking for that Car Audio Bargains does not have in stock, send us an email to sales@caraudiobargains.com.au with the details of your enquiry and we will get back to you within 48 hours with information on when we expect this item to arrive. If you wish for us to contact you via telephone, please leave a phone number.
Q. Is this site secure?
A. Yes. CarAudioBargains.com.au is a secure site. We have followed correct procedures to ensure that not just your payment details, but your personal details are also secure.
Q. How do I contact Car Audio Bargains?
A. To contact Car Audio Bargains, click on the contact us tab and fill in your details. We will receive your enquiry and will respond within 24-48hours. Alternatively, you can call the number listed on the Contact Us page. If we don't answer, leave a message and we will call you back.
Q. Do I have to pay GST?
A. Yes. All items on this site will show their sale price and this price is inclusive of GST. You will be provided with an invoice which will show the GST amount included.
Q. Will I receive an invoice/receipt?
A. Yes, a computer generated invoice will be issued and sent with the products purchased.
Q. What if I lose my invoice/receipt?
A. Should you lose your receipt and require a copy, email admin@caraudiobargains.com.au with your first and last name and a copy of your receipt will be emailed back to you.
